Each art print is made individually, just for you! They are printed on 10 mil heavyweight, premium luster photo paper. This makes for a very detailed, richly saturated, high quality print. Luster finish has an appearance in-between matte and gloss and combines the best characteristics of both. The slight gloss gives the image strong color saturation, while the fine texture reduces glare and fingerprints.
The t-shirts and apparel are made using the highest quality DTG (Direct-to-garment) printing available. This is a different process than traditional screen printing. It allows us to print a wider variety of colors with greater detail, while still maintaining a durable print.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking info. Please note that it sometimes takes 24-48 hours to go live within the shipper’s system. But, your goods are on the way! Also note that some types of international shipping do not supply tracking info. If you've selected this type of shipping, there will be a note to let you know before you complete your purchase.
After you've placed your order, it will take 2-7 business days to process it and ship the items. From there, the shipping time depends on your location and shipping option selected. Orders in the US take 1-5 days. Orders in Canada take 1-10 days. Worldwide takes 1-20 days. More detailed info will be supplied on the checkout page, before you complete your purchase.

If you live outside of California or North Carolina, you will not be charged sales tax. Customers in those states will be charged a sales tax. Since I use shipping fulfillment centers in these states, it is required by law to collect tax on orders placed there.
Credit cards can be declined for a number of reasons, such as an incorrect billing address or insufficient funds. If your card was declined, double check that the billing address, card number, expiration date, and CVC code have been entered correctly. If your credit card is declined and you do not know why, please contact your financial institution for more information.
I offer exchanges and returns up to 45 days after your order has been placed. So, if you need to switch an item for another size, or get a refund, we've got you covered. Simply click here to start the process. Please note that all items must be in new, unwashed condition to be eligible for an exchange or return.
If you want to exchange an item for another one, here's how it works: Let's say you purchased a tee and found that you needed a different size. First, visit our Exchanges & Returns page and fill out the questionnaire. Explain which item from your order you want to replace and what you want to replace it with (i.e. "I want to switch the large logo tee for a small one."). Shortly afterwards, you'll receive an email with an RMA number and instructions on where & how to ship it back. Once your package arrives here, I will process the return and ship out your new tee within 2-7 days. I do not cover shipping costs of items being returned here, but offer free shipping when sending it back to you.

If you are returning or exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending it back to me. However, I do not charge shipping for any items being delivered back to you. So, for example, if you are exchanging a t-shirt to get a different size, your only shipping costs will be to send it back to me. I'll cover the shipping costs in sending it back to you. When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. I am not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
